THE NEXT PRACTICE INSTITUTE

The Next Practice Institute (NPI) of Mobius Executive Leadership sponsors transformational training programs for our practitioners, partners, and clients.

These programs operate at the nexus of “best practice” in such areas as organizational development, culture change, and adaptive leadership, and “next practice” in neuroscience, somatics, energy work, music, yoga, and other expressive and devotional arts.

Together we are creating a global community of practice devoted to the craft of transforming people into stronger leaders and building a more just and sustainable world and restoring the cultural fabric.

Since 2016 each year we have conducted a week-long professional development immersion outside of Boston. 2021 will mark our fifth annual NPI celebratory and learning event.

The annual gathering brings together a global group of practitioners including coaches, mediators, interventionists, and facilitators, business leaders, human resources and organizational development professionals, strategy and leadership advisory consultants.

We come together for renewal, learning, inspiration, and practice.

If you would like to receive our monthly newsletter and announcements about special events and new books, just fill in your name and email address in the Join Our Community form on the very bottom of our homepage.

Toning allows participants to drop into meditative states and gain a profound experience of space, presence, and connection. The sound fields that are created stimulate the potential for deep healing and can help us respond more authentically with love and clarity in daily life. Tonings can be very powerful experiences, especially in larger groups. Participants describe them as a sacred fields of coherence. Toning sessions typically begin with the creation of a sound field of humming, gradually reaching a crescendo of ritual toning. Through the sound vibration and through the coherence that is built through the sounds in the group, participants can find an inner connection to the subtle higher dimension, to their own life’s experiences, or to deeper creativity, insights, and innovation.

The beautiful sound-space of toning is a collective composition orchestrated with each individual’s sound. As the individual harmonizes with others in the collective space, each unique sound remains vital and powerful, supporting the collectively shared conscious space that yields mindfulness and wakefulness.

WEDNESDAY

THOMAS HUEBL

Mystical Principles of Transformation

For the fifth year in a row, at the heart of our Annual Gathering, we will study the practices of consciousness development and the processes for healing individual, family, and collective trauma.

These quiet hours in the center of the week-long gathering offer a rare opportunity to study the mystical principles of transformation with non- dual teacher Thomas Huebl, who joins us each year for an immersion in his teaching.

Leading the group for a day of study, practice and healing, Thomas will offer his unique approach for living as a “mystic in the marketplace” – sharing his understanding of the mystical principles of embodiment, inter-generational restoration and personal evolution. We are truly delighted to offer this opportunity to practice with an advanced teacher who understands the challenges of modern life and grounds his work in psychology, philosophy, and meta-physical awareness.

Thomas Huebl is a rare guide: a masterful mystic able to navigate advanced realms of spiritual mastery while presenting himself in a delightfully warm, transparent, brotherly way. He is the best of 21st century enlightenment: deep thinking, clear-seeing, and radical in his stance. He is also focused on healing collective trauma to restore a healthy cultural architecture.

The art of healing is to feel into, and to support the spark that is loyal to the sacred movement of life…

that spark is an orchestration …we are all connected to the higher organizing principle.

-THOMAS HUEBL

In 2020 he published his ground-breaking book Healing Collective Trauma: A Process for Integrating our Intergenerational and Cultural Wounds. This opus explores how significant collective trauma symptoms are in shaping our modern society and contains cutting-edge remedies that serve as a beacon of hope for generations to come.

Thomas has been guiding many of our practitioners in the professional development of state-of-the-art healing practices and trauma-informed approaches to executive development. Through NPI, Thomas offers workshops, supervision groups/hyper-learning circles and in 2021 he will offer a year-long immersive study in the mystical principles of healing to prepare a group of facilitators who can work in crisis areas and public sector issues as they emerge on the global stage.

Thomas is blazing a path of 21st century spiritual practice and helping thousands of students around the world to really live their awakening amid today’s busy world.

Wednesday’s session will focus on healing and the art of transformational facilitation. Thomas will also lead the group in experiential exercises and a special toning concert at the day’s close.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

Throughout the week, several of our transformational faculty and healing practitioners will be available for one-on-one sessions. We are honored to have them with us, offering their gifts to this gathering. Please indicate your interest in a session when you register for the program. Individual sessions last 60 – 90 minutes and cost an additional $500 each.

PAUL DUNION

Paul Dunion offers an eclectic perspective of healing. He works with the literal translation of the word psychopathology, which is “a suffering of the soul”. He invites the client to join him in holding that suffering with clarity and compassion. He then focuses on the medicine that suffering may be asking for. He works with an ancient definition of the word medicine, which is “to embellish”. Healing energy then comes from embellishing the regulation of the nervous system, possible expressions of personal empowerment and preparations for living with more courage.

SAMUEL BARTUSSEK

Samuel Bartussek uses the MimoSonanz® method he developed. It offers an intuitive and psychic connection and leads to an intimate and soulful piece
of work, reinforcing your power to achieve your next goal. Samuel’s method works with the body’s capacity to store information, express emotion, and transform through movement, breath and voice. The process makes visible through mime what was previously unconscious – offering a new approach in future situations.

MATHIAS WEITBRECHT

Imagine a project you have that is not yet crystal clear, fully aligned, seen by yourself or any stakeholders. As if a vision of yours still resides in the morning fog… and is not yet visible. Mathias will work with you one on one to bring your vision or strategy into visibility so that you can use it as a clear and visible artefact. The visual you will receive will help you to bring your vision or project forward. Mathias will spend one hour with you and you will tell about your vision or project, and in real-time your vision or project will be created in front of your eyes. So that it comes out of the fog… and can contribute to the emergence of your vision.
