As a leading professional services firm, we draw on a rich intellectual heritage and infuse our programs with a unique experiential learning approach.

Our network of transformational practitioners is supported by affiliations with renowned thought leaders, senior experts in their field, and a consortium of alliance partners.

Our core body of work includes seminal models from adaptive leadership, organizational learning, innovation, adult development, leading in complexity, neuroplasticity, teaming and team dynamics.

We operate at the nexus of “best practice” across organizational development, culture change, and leadership, and “next practice” in psychology, mythology, shadow work, somatics, meditation, and the expressive arts.

“Leaders who work on themselves at transformational levels build mature leadership capacities including an ability to truly engage other’s perspectives, ideas, and experiences; emotional intimacy and relational depth; and the fluidity and hope that comprise change agility.”

~ AMY ELIZABETH FOX, MOBIUS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

3 Principles Inform Every Service We Offer

Deep understanding of organizational needs

We design the curriculum to help client organizations meet the leadership challenges posed by a VUCA world.

Our programs follow the arc of personal mastery, interpersonal skills and teaming, building adaptive agility and driving organizational change – equipping leaders to pull different levers to effect change at all levels of the system.

A strong, well-established alliance partnership with the leadership advisory firm Egon Zehnder affords an informed perspective on a client’s talent strategy and the pathways for helping unlock executive potential to enrich the talent pipeline.

Grounding in – and contributions to – “best practice” research

Mobius Senior Experts include many luminaries in our field such as Otto Scharmer, Adam Kahane, Peter Senge, Amy Edmondson, Bob Kegan, Linda Hill, Tom DeLong, Zander Grashow, Jennifer Garvey Berger, Alexander Caillet, and Srini Pillay.

We contribute to the field through thought leadership, client offerings and the Next Practice Institute, our professional development arm.

Our Chief Thought Leader Erica Ariel Fox is a Senior Contributor to Forbes and author of the New York Times bestselling book Winning From Within: A Breakthrough Method for Leading, Living, and Lasting Change.

Innovative integration of fields of “next” practice

We seek to integrate emerging principles from adult development, psychology, sociometry and neuroscience with right brain learning methods that include the use of poetry, art, music, movement, somatics, theater technique, mindfulness, shadow work and other expressive arts.

Our programs are highly experiential and personal in nature offering a rare chance for introspection, reflection and deeper transformational processes of self development.

Our sessions have a very high faculty to participant ratio to enable in-program coaching for personalized insights.
