For more than 25 years, Thomas has shared profound teachings on the mystical principles of healing and on trauma-informed fluidity practices that support the healing of individual, ancestral, and collective trauma. This powerful combination creates a deeply embodied spiritual path that facilitates growth, maturation, and transcendence.

This workshop is intended for participants who already have experience with Thomas’ work through previous programs, online courses, supervision groups, or independent study. It is not designed as an introductory experience, but rather as an opportunity to deepen and embody his teachings in an intimate learning environment.

With a smaller group than is typically possible, Thomas will guide participants through a deep dive into their own transformation and the deepest dimensions of healing. As the workshop is focused on practitioners (coaches, facilitators, consultants), the program will also enable the refinement of skills for relational attunement and process work with clients.

For the last decade, Thomas has been serving as a Mobius Master Transformational faculty member, offering private retreats for CEOs and board chairs, offering consultation to organizations on systemic consultation, leading ongoing supervision groups for practitioners, and in-depth mystical programs for consciousness evolution. He is a pioneer in trauma healing and, recently, with our CEO Amy Elizabeth Fox, conducted a year-long certification program in Trauma-Informed Approaches for Consultants and Coaches. His book Attuned captures his profound healing methodology, and his forthcoming book on Trauma-Informed Leadership shares his experience working with leaders in both the private and public sectors.

As part of this special week in Portugal, Thomas’ workshop will be complemented by two special evening sessions taught with his wife, award-winning artist Yehudit Sasportas. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Thomas and Yehudit will teach together, offering a rare opportunity to experience their unique blend of wisdom, perspectives, creativity, and practice. Transportation between The Orchard and the Sheraton Cascais Resort will be provided as needed.
