Where is the Annual Gathering held?

The event will be held at the Ocean’s Edge Resort & Golf Club located at 2907 Main St, Brewster, MA 02631.

Travel:

How do I get to Ocean’s Edge?

The venue is approximately 1.5 hours (85 miles) from Logan International Airport. We ask that you arrange your own transfers to from the event; these costs are not included in the registration fees.

What hotel accommodations are included in my registration?

At the time of registration, when selecting “Registration with Hotel Accommodations”; a room will be reserved for you at Ocean’s Edge Resort & Golf Club from Sunday, November 10, 2024, through Friday, November 15, 2024. The hotel is located at 2907 Main St, Brewster, MA 02631.

What if I need additional hotel nights outside of the nights included in my registration?

If you require additional hotel nights, please contact the NPI team NPI@mobiusleadership.com for assistance. Please note that the cost of shoulder rooms will be at your expense; these costs are not included in the registration fee.

Will I need a Visa to attend the Annual Gathering?

Event Overview:

How is the Annual Gathering structured?

What is the usual Track Size?

Each track will consist of 12 to 24 participants on average.

How much time can I expect to spend in a track each day?

Mon, Tues, Thurs: 9:45am-12:45pm/2:30pm-4:30pm, and Friday: 9:45am-11:45am. Each track will meet as a group throughout the week.

What can I expect on the first day of the event?

On Sunday, November 10th registration at the Ocean’s Edge will be held from 3:00pm-6:30pm, dinner is will be held from 5:00-6:15 and the opening plenary will be held from 6:30pm-9:30pm.

What can I expect on the last day of the event?

The day will begin with a musical interlude with Erica Ariel Fox immediately followed by the morning keynote, each track will then meet for two hours to close out their week. The Closing Ceremony for the event will take place from 12:00pm-1:30pm. Departures will follow. Brown Bag Lunches will be available.

When is the Annual Gathering registration fee due?

Wire or invoice payments are due within 30 days of registration, credit card payments are due at the time of registering.

What types of Payments are accepted?

The registration website accepts all major national and international credit cards. Other payment options offered during the registration process are check, ACH Payments and bank wire transfers.

What if I choose to pay by invoice when registering, and want to pay by credit card instead?

Can I wire international payments?

Yes, Mobius accepts international wire transfer. Please select the wire invoice option at the time of registration and we will send you an invoice with wiring instructions.

Are there any reduced rates for the annual gathering?

Yes, there is a reduced rate for individual practitioners. If you are an individual practitioner, please contact the NPI team at NPI@mobiusleadership.com to receive your discount code.

Cancelation Policy:

What is the cancelation policy?

Cancellations at least 30 calendar days before the start of the event will receive a full refund less a 7% fee. Refunds are not available for cancellations within 30 days of the event. You may elect to transfer your registration to another participant without penalty, with written approval from the NPI Team at NPI@mobiusleadership.com.

COVID-19:

What if I test positive for Covid and cannot attend the event?

In the event you test positive for Covid-19, please contact the NPI team at NPI@mobiusleadership.com to discuss protocols.

What are the Covid-19 Safety Measures for the NPI Annual Gathering?

All participants are strongly encouraged to take a COVID test of their choice within 24 hours of arrival to the event. Mobius is committed to following state and local COVID guidelines. We will be reviewing the CDC and venue guidelines for social distancing and other COVID requirements. As we near the event, we will provide updates to our guidelines as necessary.
