I. Energy Mastery
First perquisite: The 10-day immersion in core energetic paradigms – including the five personality patterns, masculine and feminine energy, ancestral connections and the six foundational attention practices.
II. The Light Sides of the Patterns
Second prerequisite: 5-day follow on which delves more deeply into the 5 personality patterns – what they feel like energetically, the gifts of that pattern and how to access it.
III. Advanced: Energetics of Problem Solving
In this 5-day workshop we work with all relevant energy paradigms covered in earlier programs, applying them to broad range of personal and professional challenges participants bring to the circle.
III. Advanced: Working with the Patterns
In this 5-day follow-up program, we work with each of the five personality patterns to look at how a person in that pattern feels safe; what they need from you as a coach or facilitator; and how to be in your own energetic orientation to work well with them.
III. Advanced: Reaching
In this 5-day follow-up program, we focus on one of our most basic human reflexes – to reach for comfort – one of the fastest “righting “mechanisms of the body which is often underdeveloped. In doing so, we delve into polyvagal theory and continue to refine foundational practices.

The Instructor | LYNDA CAESARA, Master Transformational Faculty
Lynda brings decades of experience teaching and guiding students in energy mastery in rituals, courses and workshops. She is passionate about energy work & electromagnetic principles, the dance of Masculine and Feminine, and energetic mastery. In the 1970s, she attended Berkeley Psychic Institute and attended and taught at Heartsong Psychic Institute. In addition to these programs, she has studied Christian Mysticism and Shamanic Healing. She has been doing bodywork since 1975, and views energy through that practical lens. Since 2001 she has been teaching her own unique perspective in the Energy Class format, founding and leading an energy path for hundreds of students.
