Stephanie has been advising and coaching individuals and teams to achieve peak performance her entire career. Before becoming an independent consultant, she spent six years at McKinsey and Company, serving public sector, financial services, industrial, and consumer goods clients across a range of marketing, strategy, and
organization topics. She also led a global, cross-functional change program that successfully reduced working hours and increased satisfaction at one of the world’s most demanding workplaces.
Stephanie began her career in education, as a language arts teacher in the South Bronx and an education policy analyst at the Progressive Policy Institute. She has also served as a highly rated coach and facilitator for the Leadership Labs, Women in Management program, and Interpersonal Dynamics course at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Stephanie holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and an MA from the Stanford
University School of Education.
