Scott Malcolm is a practitioner and coach with broad experience working with individuals and top teams around the globe. He has worked across industry sectors including Entertainment, Banking, Consulting, Education, Consumer Packaged Goods, Tech Start-ups, and Manufacturing.
He has designed, developed and delivered programs in over a dozen countries; with an emphasis on European clients. Scott specializes in enabling these clients via a slate of interventions that foster the awareness and capacity required for transformational change. He is particularly adept at recognizing behavioural patterns and driving clients to design teams and systems based on directness and open communication.
Scott began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he cultivated deep expertise in sales and brand building. He eventually joined Blackberry in an international role during the peak of their success. Since 2010, Scott has been working full-time as a practitioner and coach. He splits his time between Geneva and Boston.
Scott grew up internationally, living in the United States, Asia and Canada. He volunteers as a youth mentor, has a passion for sailing and skiing that borders on the obsessive, and is avidly involved with two charities: The Special Olympics and Alzheimer’s research.
