Sander Tideman is a member of the transformational faculty at Mobius and for Winning from Within® based immersion programs. He specializes in leadership development with a focus on shared value strategy and societal leadership. He is Managing Director of Mind & Life Europe, Senior Researcher at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) and co-founder of Flow Foundation & Impact Fund. He is the author of the book, Business as an Instrument for Societal Change: In Conversation with the Dalai Lama.

Sander’s work centers on the interplay between business and society, engaging with issues such as leadership development, sustainability strategy and innovation, stakeholder collaboration, and creating sustainable high performance. He takes a special interest in Asia, where he has taken on high-level assignments on complex issues and where he lived for ten years. His mission is to help organizational leaders to develop the capacity to effectively respond to the new challenges of this time, utilizing the full potential of the mind. He integrates principles of yoga and mind-training into his leadership development work.

He started his career practicing law at Baker & McKenzie (Amsterdam and Taipei office) with a focus on emerging markets. Sander then turned to international finance, in leadership roles at ABN AMRO Bank in China and Triodos Bank. He went on to complement his legal/financial expertise with leadership, strategy and organizational change, as he believed that these are indispensable knowledge domains for tackling the world’s increasing economic, social and ecological challenges. He serves on several boards of social enterprises and NGO’s.
