Nadjeschda has her master in psychology and has worked as an executive coach since 2001. She has coached leaders from multiple industries, including finance, IT, oil & chemicals, aviation as well as the public sector. She is a skilled facilitator of group processes, team coach and is passionate about individual coaching of high level executives. She is one of 11 European coaches licensed by McKinsey & Company as a facilitator of transformation and is faculty at one of McKinsey’s partner learning programmes.
Nadjeschda enjoys combining her talent for structure, her light hand in synthesizing complex information and her creativity to design processes that guide teams and large groups from awareness to choice, ownership and commitment.
She is a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF) and has been awarded a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with more than 3200 documented coaching hours. Nadjeschda trained with CoachU (USA) and Coaching Development (London) and is accredited in Spiral Dynamics Level I + II, Appreciative Inquiry, ExecuTAP™ (executive team alignment process), Voice Dialogue, Systems Constellations, Clean Language, Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) and The Leadership Circle 360° assessment.
Nadjeschda studied Art and Psychology in Germany, the UK and the US. She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of Spanish and French. In order to deepen her personal growth, Nadjeschda regularly attends trainings and self-development courses. She is passionate about her family and friends and enjoys cooking as much as eating. She is a big film fan, is fascinated by hard Science Fiction, addicted to TEDtalks, and adds adventure to her life by home exchanging with people from across the globe.
