Louise Hansell, MSc

Louise Hansell MSc, a Mobius Consultant, brings 20 years experience in Human Resources Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Coaching, and Process reengineering to her client engagements. Since 2007, she has been working as a consultant partnering with clients to improve business performance by finding ways to unlock human potential and create a work environment where people can be at their best. Her clients include large multinational organizations, start ups, and consulting firms. The source of a lot of her inspiration and passion in this work came from playing a key role in the transformation of Bombardier Aerospace, a 32,000 employee international organization. In this role, she was selected to be a facilitator and leader of cultural transformation, working closely with leaders and their teams as they transformed their behaviors and mindsets to shift to the new culture.

Louise had a long-standing and exemplary career at Bombardier Aerospace Group where she held many roles throughout the organization’s human resource function. In her most recent post as Director of Organizational Effectiveness, she was responsible for managing a geographically dispersed team of Organization Practice Experts, and driving large-scale change initiatives for the Business Aircraft Division and Corporate Services of the company. Louise advised senior executives on corporate culture change and people strategy, designing and leading multiple interventions to build high performance teams. While at Bombardier in 1997, Louise was also selected to be trained and certified as a process improvement Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, and was responsible for leading its implementation throughout the Human Resources function for the Company worldwide.

Louise received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction in Industrial Relations from McGill University and a Master’s of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of Montreal (in French). She is certified in individual and group development process; Disc tools; Voice Dialogue coaching; Barrett Values Center Cultural Transformation Tools and Gita Bellin’s Global Transformational Facilitator Development Program. She participated in the New Ventures West Coaching to excellence program. She is fluent in both English and French.
