Lori Collins

Lori Collins is a seasoned executive coach working primarily with senior level leaders and their management teams. She enjoys assisting executives through the complexities and challenges of business performance, communication, change and strategy formation. Her approach is straightforward and focused on helping clients to attain practical, sustainable results while building healthy working relationships.

Since 1996, Lori has consulted for multinational organizations in over twenty countries on over four continents. She has worked in a wide variety of industries including Silicon Valley high-tech, financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, consumer products, oil & gas,government, and healthcare. Her work has spanned the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Lori has held line positions within the manufacturing and professional services sectors, including Saturn Corporation (General Motors), the Center for Creative Leadership, and Axialent Consulting and brings first-hand leadership experience to her clients. She has worked and lived outside the US and brings a wealth of global perspective to every

Lori has a Masters in Human Resource Development and two years graduate studies in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Miichigan State University. She completed her coach training at the ICF-accredited Professional Coaching Program at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Lori is an Adjunct Facilitator at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) and a Facilitator and
Executive Coach at the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt.

Lori is also certified in a variety of assessment and psychometric instruments tools including the Center for Creative Leadership’s suite of instruments, Hogan, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), FIRO-B, DiSC, Conflict Dynamics Profile, Decision Styles Profile, Thomas-Kilmann, CPI 260, Lominger Voices, Insead GELI, LAQ,, Executive Dimensions, Campbell Leadership Index, and Human Synergistics LSI.

Lori and her husband maintain homes in Brussels, Belgium as well as Nashville, Tennessee. Their five children live throughout the U.S. and Australia. She enjoys tennis, hiking, and finds replenishment in reading, music and the arts.
