Liz Keever is an executive coach with expertise in helping global leaders strengthen their capacity to engage teams and align organizations so that they can achieve exceptional results. Liz has worked with leaders at a wide variety of organizations including Anthem, IBM, Maersk, Comcast, Macy’s, The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Columbia Executive Education, Goldman Sachs, Harvard Executive Education, New York University Stern School of Business, Chubb, Citigroup, Standard Bank, Ernst & Young, Chevron, PepsiCo, Verizon, Rockefeller Foundation, the United Nations and the Central Intelligence Agency. She has coached both C-suite executives and emerging leaders from Fortune100 companies in financial services, management consulting, healthcare, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. Liz has also helped develop leaders and leadership programs in China, India, Japan, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Liz holds a Master’s of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from the State University of New York. She has also completed executive education programs in design thinking at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Liz served as adjunct faculty at New York University in the department of Leadership and Human Capital Management where she taught executive coaching, team building and leadership at the graduate level. She holds numerous certifications in personality assessments that build self-awareness for her clients. Her coach training is from the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara.
Liz lived in New York City for much of her life and relocated to the Seattle area recently where she enjoys getting outdoors in the beauty of the Pacific Northwest whenever she can.
