Darshan Chitrabhanu is a transformational facilitator with broad experience diagnosing, designing and delivering programs for Fortune 500 and Economic Times 500 companies in the US and India respectively.
In his most recent role, Darshan was a member of McKinsey and Company’s Organization Practice where he served clients on issue of leadership and change in the Consumer Products, Retail, High-tech, Healthcare, Chemicals and Travel and Logistics sectors. In addition to the client-facing role, Darshan was involved in shaping how McKinsey thinks about its own approach to capability building and leadership development.

Strategic Advisor and Researcher to Harvard University’s Learning Innovations Laboratories, a learning forum for academics and practitioners fostering innovation in leadership, knowledge and learning; Members of Harvard LILA are Chief Human Resource Officers, Chief Knowledge Officers or Chief Learning Officers from organizations such as Walt Disney, UBS, US Federal Reserve Bank, The World Bank, IDEO, Ketchum, Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, and MTV; Senior Member, CEO’s Office, The Times of India Group (India’s largest and fastest growing media group), implementing learning and development, change management and corporate governance initiatives across all levels of the organization; Contributor to Peter Senge’s and Joseph Jaworski’s Global Leadership Initiative (culminating in the book co-authored by them Presence: Human Purpose and the Field of the Future, Society of Organizational Learning 2004).
In addition to his corporate involvement, Darshan has done pro-bono work for organizations such as the Women’s Association of Bosnia & Herzegovina and The Fannie Lou Hamer Freedom High School in the Bronx, New York. Darshan has a Bachelors in Commerce from Mumbai University and a Masters in Education from Harvard University where he focused on Adult Learning and Development.
