Adriana Mascolli Fontes has 20 years of business experience in corporate settings and management consulting.
Adriana combines solid business consulting experience with expertise in understanding organizational cultures and designing approaches to advance individuals and institutions mindsets and behaviors aligned with performance improvement aspirations. She also has extensive experience on designing talent management strategies, processes and infrastructure to support organization transformation. Adriana is also an experienced facilitator.
Through her 11 years of experience in McKinsey &Company, Adriana has worked with organizations in growing economies (mainly Asia and Latin America) on multi- year transformation programs aligned with culture change, leadership development and capability building. Adriana has also supported several merger integrations in Latin America specifically on organization design, talent strategy and retention and culture alignment.
Prior to McKinsey, Adriana worked for The Monitor Company and Banco Itaú in Brazil. She interned with Citibank and GE Capital in the USA.
Adriana holds an MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from USP, Brazil. She has a certification for Leadership Practitioners from Harvard Kennedy School, USA and is a graduate candidate from the Executive and Professional Coaching Program from the University of Texas. She speaks fluent English, Portuguese (native speaker), Italian and Spanish.
Adriana currently lives in Miami with her husband and two kids Paulo and Raquel.
