Featured Mobius Practitioners: Nadine Kreisberger

My work lives at the confluence of psychology and wisdom traditions, leadership development and international affairs.

Nadine Kreisberger is an executive coach and strategic advisor whose practice lives at the intersection of depth psychology, leadership development, wisdom traditions, and international affairs.

Drawing on decades of global experience, her practice is shaped by a uniquely interdisciplinary path. Raised in France, she later moved to New York where she co-founded a pioneering classical music company. While there, she began a sustained journey into depth psychology and ancient wisdom schools, including shamanic traditions, Alchemy, Tibetan Buddhism, and Taoism. These explorations led her to Mongolia, where she expanded into geopolitics and public leadership as senior advisor to Mongolia’s leading female politician. Years in New Delhi followed, with a thriving executive coaching practice, alongside a media career in print and on India’s national television.

Now based in California, Nadine works with clients globally across business, nonprofit, and public impact contexts. Her work is highly bespoke, tailored to the unique needs of each individual and team. She draws on a variety of approaches including depth psychology, dreamwork, leadership coaching, transgenerational perspectives, wisdom teachings. She also developed an original framework, the Roundtable of Inner Characters, a practical method for recognizing and integrating the multiple forces that shape our inner life, decision-making, and relationships.

As inner explorations unfold and clients become more grounded in their authentic selves, Nadine supports them in engaging with external realities — leading organizations, navigating complex geopolitical, technological, and societal landscapes. Clarity of being informs clarity of judgment, relationship, and action in environments where the stakes are real and the answers are rarely simple.

Nadine holds a Master’s in Management from HEC Paris and a Master’s in History from the Sorbonne University, alongside a wide range of therapeutic and coaching trainings, which she continuously deepens and expands. She is the co-founder of the Seeds of Gold Institute, a non-profit organization researching and integrating ways of furthering human potential. She serves as President of the TranceScience Research Institute, dedicated to the scientific research of non-ordinary states of consciousness.
