We draw many of our ideas and tools from our close affiliate, the Global Negotiation Insight Institute, an applied research center which is iterating new thinking and practice in mindsets, ethics and personal character. In its research, theory building and educational programs, the Global Negotiation Insight Institute (GNII) makes links between perennial wisdom (drawing on the world's ethical, philosophical and spiritual traditions) and best practices in negotiation and dispute resolution. GNII builds on the scholarship of the Program on Negotiation at the Harvard Law School, the flagship think tank on negotiation and conflict resolution globally.
