Virginia Fleming

Virginia Fleming is a coach and consultant bringing Mobius more than twenty years of technology industry experience and sixteen years in leadership training and executive coaching.  She coaches entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, executives, organizations and individual contributors within technology and start-up environments.  Virginia has brought her wealth of knowledge and expertise to organizations faced with the challenges of mergers and acquisitions, customer service, process management and metrics, and technical support through human resources and facilities.

Virginia became the first Network Operations Director at Akamai Technologies and in only four years helped grow Akamai to a state-of-the-art showcase of operational excellence, with 40 people supporting multiple service networks for 100% uptime on 14,000+ Unix and Windows servers in 66 countries and a multi-million dollar annual budget.  She has spent over a decade serving groups and individuals in their professional and personal development through Pathways Institute and in private practice. 

Virginia holds a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland, and is currently enrolled in the Master's of Counseling Psychology program at Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco.
