Tania Watson

Tania Watson is an executive coach and group facilitator supporting business leaders and senior teams to accelerate personal and corporate performance. She coaches clients working to accelerate personal growth, build a sense of team, prepare for promotions, increase professional presence and presentation, manage difficult conversations, shift cultural behaviors, and create an entrepreneurial edge within a results-driven context. Her approach has its foundations in organizational leadership, team management and human development. Tania’s clients operate in the professional services, IT, legal, education and communications sectors, and include Fujitsu, Linklaters, KPMG, Cedar, BP, Entire Direct Marketing, The Institute of Contemporary Arts, Bromley Education Business Partnership (and associated schools and colleges) and Surrey County Council.

Prior to her coaching career, Tania worked for over twenty years in the design and communications industry, the last ten years of which was spent at main board level. She continues to operate at board level and is a non-executive director for The Generating Company (the UK’s leading circus company) and an advisory board member for Future Foundations (a business dedicated to coaching and skills training for gifted and talented students transitioning to university or a new job).

Tania is a certified master practitioner and trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP) and a certified clinical hypnotherapist; she is a member of the Association for Coaching, the British Clinical & Strategic Hypnosis Association and the Professional Guild of NLP.
