Stephanie Soler, MBA, MA
Stephanie Soler brings over fifteen year of experience as a facilitator, educator, strategy consultant, and coach to Mobius Executive Leadership. She has expertise in leadership development, interpersonal communication, workshop design and facilitation, and developing high performing teams. Stephanie has broad organizational development experience across private, public, and non-profit sectors.
Stephanie started her career as a classroom teacher at the original South Bronx KIPP Academy. As the school's first director of development and director of high school placement, she helped launch the highly successful KIPP national network of free, open enrollment college preparatory public schools. In 2004, she became a consultant with McKinsey and Compoany, where she served clients on strategic and organizational topics, including creating an integrated marketing, personnel, and service strategy to capture Hispanic market opportunities at a leading personal lines insurance company, defining the post-merger strategy for a retail/food service manufacturer, and creating a shared services performance management system for a large urban school district.
In 2008, Stephanie completed the Group Facilitation Training Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she is a highly rated coach and facilitator for the Women in Management program, experiential Interpersonal Dynamics course, and Leadership Labs.
Stephanie holds a master of business administration degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a master’s degree from the Stanford University School of Education. She is based in San Francisco.
