Shuli Goodman

Shuli Goodman, MA

Shuli Goodman is a management consultant providing cultural change and strategic advisory services. She works across industry sectors and delivers on enterprise initiatives spanning continents, regions, departments and operating units, working both individually with client leadership teams as a trusted advisor and as a program manager with consultant teams. Her wealth of experience in technology, enterprise information management, marketing, communications, brand management and organizational transformation supports her ability to hold the big picture and keep track of tactical operational realities. Shuli has a practical and common sense approach to solving complex problems informed by her experience delivering projects from discovery through implementation. Grounded in interview, research and survey methodologies, Shuli helps stakeholders to collaboratively identify, design and own their intended outcomes. She delivers compelling, visual and written documentation as a means to enable non-technical stakeholders to participate in decision making.

Some of Shuli’s past clients include ABN AMRO, Sherwin Williams, ConcocoPhilips, Alticor, Chrysler, Nissan, HP, Nokia, Lucent and Capital One. She has also consulted to government entities, including Sandia National Laboratories, the State of Ohio, the City of San Francisco and Bay Area Rapid Transit as well as not-for-profits including KQED and the Utility Reform Network.

Before starting her own management consulting practice, Shuli was a leader in Deloitte Consulting’s Technology Integration practice and headed Deloitte’s Enterprise Information Management offering with over 200 consultants worldwide and $32 million in revenue. In the late 1990s, she joined Sapient as a Director of Information Architecture.

Shuli has a BA from Hampshire College, an MA in Applied Psychology from Antioch University, and is currently a PhD student in Organizational Systems at Saybrook Graduate Institute. Her area of study and expertise is multi-sector and cross functional collaboration, governance and decision making. She lives in the Bay Area of California.
