Robin serves as Director of Research for Mobius Executive Leadership.  She brings over twenty years of strategic consulting, global research, and senior leadership experience to her role.

In 2007, Robin founded Integral Growth, LLC, a platform to advance the practice of leadership development.  As an advisor, she partners with clients to strengthen leadership capacity, spark innovation, and align values to build sustainable growth.  Recent clients include two global professional service firms and one of the world’s oldest and largest non-profits.  She is a fellow at Harvard University where she explores how organizations can cultivate the capacity for wise decision-making in a complex world.  She also co-leads a project at the University of Virginia to study the role of social networks in accelerating leadership development.

For nine years, Robin served as Research Director at Deloitte, where she led the firm’s global research on the human aspects of organizational performance.  Her work in the domains of talent management, organizational knowledge and networks led to new service offerings for Deloitte’s consulting practice and underpinned the firm’s own strategies.  She also served as an adjunct coach with Deloitte Career Connections, the firm’s internal coaching practice.

Robin has authored dozens of studies and articles, teaming with faculty from MIT, Harvard University, and INSEAD. Her work has been cited in major media around the world, such as The Economist, ABC World News, The Times, Investors’ Business Daily, and The Globe and Mail. She has presented and keynoted at major conferences, including The Conference Board, Braintrust, Employers of Excellence, and KM Asia.  She has led roundtables for senior executives and leaders in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Robin was VP global production at Cole-Haan, a subsidiary of Nike.  She began her career as a manager and consultant with Kurt Salmon Associates.  She has extensive international experience, having worked in 28 countries across Asia, Europe, Latin America, and the former Soviet Union.

Robin serves on the board of Balance Integration Corporation.  She has also served on the board of the United Nations Association, the nation’s leading center of policy research on the U.N. and global issues, and on executive councils at the Conference Board, Harvard University, University of Virginia, and Babson College.

Robin holds a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida; an M.A. in International Economic Policy from Columbia University; an Advanced Certificate in Organizational Development and HR Management from Columbia University and the University of Michigan.  She is certified in coaching and nearly a dozen other social technologies.  Robin resides in Boston with her partner Mark and their seven orchids.
