Richard Dash

Richard Dash has utilized his thirty years of international corporate and management experience to create unique and effective methods for building and sustaining organizations that work.

Real-world experience as a project director for public companies and as a corporate officer, consultant, and strategist — complemented by special skills in facilitation, training, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution — combine to make his talents unique in the corporate and private sectors. He is a consummate trainer who connects deeply with participants in workshop and experiential settings. His eighteen years of work in the Middle East have honed his skills in conflict resolution through genuine respect for all perspectives.

In 1985 Richard organized and headed Catalyst business consultation and development as a platform for offering a wide range of services to a broad client spectrum. He is a Consulting Partner of ChoicePoint Consulting. His workshops and lectures have been well received on four continents, in venues including The Arlington Institute, Cornell University, The Weitzman Institute, and many others.
