Our Team

Mobius is comprised of experts in the field of human capital including: negotiation, conflict mediation, communication, teamwork, adaptive leadership, systems thinking and organizational learning. Our senior consultants have co-authored or contributed to numerous seminal works in these fields including The Handbook of Dispute Resolution, Resolving Conflict at Work, Beyond Winning, Ready to Lead, The Fifth Discipline, Leadership Without Easy Answers, The Dance of Change and Beyond Yes (forthcoming). Our core team serve as lecturers at the Harvard Law School, the Harvard Business School, the Stanford Law School, The John F. Kennedy School of Government, and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
