Paula Love, MS, MCC

Paula Love is an experienced professional with proven leadership skills in both internal and external consulting environments, including executive consulting and coaching, organization development, and building collaborative partnerships and alliances. She has extensive experience coaching and consulting in several different industry sectors such as aerospace, information technology and travel, leading structural change in organizations and promoting individual excellence at C-level posts. Paula combines analytical and intuitive skills to quickly analyze different business cultures, anticipate organizational needs, and design and deliver innovative consulting interventions.

Paula’s commitment to building collaborative partnerships and alliances produces high impact, high return results. At the center of her executive coaching practice, Paula focuses on the powerful belief that leadership occurs in the context of relationship. She has shown newly appointed executives how to garner their team’s support and loyalty to quickly organize around organizational objectives, and assists recently placed executives to integrate quickly into new business cultures so they can act powerfully in an unfamiliar environment. During 2005 and 2006, five of her executive clients achieved desired promotions directly attributable to her coaching. In addition to executives, Paula’s coaching of teams, partners and customer representatives focuses on assisting collaboration in the alignment of organizational outcomes and coordinated action toward achieving objectives, while overcoming cultural and organizational barriers. Her clients consistently report increased satisfaction and enhanced ability to co-design mutually beneficial shared futures as demonstrated by the numerous performance awards she has won over the past 16 years.

Paula has a coaching certification from The Newfield Group, and is certified as a Master Coach by the International Coach Federation. She is also holds a certification as Master Somatic Coach from Strozzi Institute. She has an MS in counseling and a B.A. in psychology from San Francisco State University.
