Malvika Singh, MBA

Malvika Singh is the founder and managing director of IMPACT, an international consulting and executive education firm with offices in Switzerland and the US. She has over ten years of experience as a successful leader in a multicultural environment. She works with CEOs, senior executives, and management teams in the areas of leadership development, executive development and training, culture change initiatives, high-performance team development, innovation, and one-on-one coaching. Malvika has worked as a consultant in the chemicals, financial, re-insurance, pharmaceutical, beverages, and education sectors. Her clients include Alcan, DuPont, Holcim, Novartis, Siemens, Swiss Re, and UBS. Her work focuses on the creation of innovation by design, and she specializes in working with individuals and organizations to create breakthrough results.

Prior to her entrepreneurial venture, Malvika worked for over ten years at Engelhard Corporation, a four billion dollar(US) Fortune 500 Company. She established and headed the European operations of the Specialty Minerals and Colours Group based in Switzerland. Despite being in what was considered a “mature” and “saturated” market, the group doubled its profitability in a record time of three years. The European operation was widely regarded as the most dynamic and innovative group. Having worked and lived in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, she has a good understanding of what it takes to be successful in an international environment. Malvika is fluent in English, Italian and Hindi, and has some knowledge of German and Spanish.

Malvika earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania, a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and International Business from New York University, and an Organizational Gestalt Diploma from Metanoia Institute. She is a faculty member at CCL and Ashridge University. She resides in Zurich, Switzerland.
