Lyse Mérineau, MA

Lyse Mérineau brings over twenty years experience to Mobius Executive Leadership in the corporate communication sector as an executive coach, facilitator and organizational developer. Specializing in executive transitions, career goals and structural change in her client organizations, Lyse assists individuals and companies to create major cultural and organizational change, to make purposeful transitions, to develop emotional intelligence, to shift to new skill sets and mindsets, and to cultivate exceptional leadership.  Lyse has been coaching clients at the manager and executive levels since 2000 and has held accountabilities within National Bank of Canada, Bombardier Aerospace, Société Radio-Canada, Bell Canada, Hydro Quebec, the Federal Government, Altana Pharma and many clients in the communications industry.

Currently, Lyse is a facilitator of Cultural Transformation.  In this role she assists clients throughout many industry sectors – including aerospace, banking, and insurance – to discover new and more effective ways of approaching their work that produce outstanding business results.  Between 2001 and 2004, she focused her work as an organizational development consultant providing coaching services to such clients as CAC, Montreal Scientific Equipment, Radio-Canada, Groupe Spectra, Bell, and Communication BleuBlancRouge.  In her time in the communications industry, she held managerial positions for over twelve of her twenty year career industry.  Specific posts include: the founding director of Fusion Alliance Marketing (a division of Cossette Communication Marketing) with clients such as Bell, Molson, Schering, and GM; Group Account Director of Optimum Public Relations where she serviced Bell, Government agencies and QC Hydro; and Group Account Manager for various major Canadian advertising agencies.

Lyse draws from a deep and wide array of tools and methodologies including a systems approach to coaching, power coaching – a mind kinetic and transformational approach to coaching, and she is accredited in the use of the following coaching tools: EQi and EQ 360, DiSC, TRIMA, Passion Maps and Interqualia Flow assessment. She is CHRP certified and a member of the Quebec professional Order of Human Resources
Contegrity Program Designs in the US, which supports a transformational approach to human development, and she is an accredited facilitator in the Cultural Transformation module. Lyse is also a member of International Mozaïk (Quebec chapter), Coaching and Leadership International (power coaching), and the International Coach Federation (PCC pending).

Lyse earned a BA in communications from the University of Montréal, and a Master’s in communication with a focus in psychosociology from the University of Quebec in Montreal.  She speaks French fluently.
