Ken Manning, PhD
Ken Manning, Ph.D. is a seasoned executive coach, trainer and consultant with a unique approach to leadership and organizational development based on balancing the development of individuals’ and teams’ capabilities with their inner capacity to function at their best. Dr. Manning is the Founding Partner of Human Dimension Consulting, a coaching and training organization dedicated to bringing knowledge and best practices of leadership and team development to organizations in the US and Europe. He is also an Associate of Accompli – Visions Realized, a global firm dedicated to helping change the way leaders lead change.
Ken brings twenty-three years experience as an executive coach, trainer and licensed psychologist to Mobius. He has developed and delivered trainings in numerous areas of leadership development and has trained many trainers and coaches in business, education, medicine and psychology. He helped to develop an approach to psychotherapy, executive coaching and leadership development based on the inherent strengths of the human mind and spirit and edited the book The Renaissance of Psychology. He co-created the internationally known Coaching from Within executive coaching seminar which has been delivered on three continents.
He has worked with many businesses and organizations including BAE Systems, Cardinal Health, General Mills, Michigan Capital Medical Center, New York Life Insurance, Henry Schein, Symbol Technologies, SystemSoft, and Tufts Health Plans.
He has been an adjunct faculty member for the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology and is currently on the staff of their Graduate Executive Coaching Program. He has received degrees in Psychology from Brown University, Lesley College, University of Massachusetts in Amherst. He is also a member of the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology in the U.S.
Ken has been married for over twenty years with two grandchildren, a grown daughter and a 10 year old son with whom he loves to share family, music, sports and fun of all kinds.
