Joanna Mackie, MA
Joanna Mackie, a Mobius Consultant, is an organizational change consultant, leadership coach, and designer/facilitator of learning with more than twenty years of international experience. She focuses her work on helping individuals and organizations to navigate change by building on strengths, leveraging differences and envisioning desired futures through collaborative conversations. Joanna's first-hand global, intercultural and interprofessional experiences and learning have fueled her interest in deep collaboration, leading across differences, emotional intelligence and generative leadership.
Joanna works with leaders, teams and organizations in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors, and has consulted with clients in more than 30 countries in Africa, Europe, Asia, Central and North America. Her clients have included leaders in professional services, finance, manufacturing, global consulting, healthcare, and community development organizations and networks. In all of these contexts, Joanna helps people to express both their unique and shared perspectives to understand their most relevant core strengths, while igniting collective innovation around what could be.
Joanna has completed her Masters in Adult Education focused on Workplace Learning and Change at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. She also has a diploma in Ontological Coaching through the Newfield Network, and in Emotional Intelligence from the Institute for Health and Human Potential. She is a musician and lives in Dufferin County, Ontario, Canada.
