Jane Purchall

Jane Purchall brings to Mobius Executive Leadership a solid background in facilitation and coaching, specifically focusing on large scale culture transformation, developing leadership skills and developing high performing teams.  

She has been designing and delivering workshops to leaders, senior executives and middle management for ten years and in the last three years has developed a coaching practice to complement her work.

As both coach and facilitator, Jane guides participants through specific issues which have become obstacles to their own growth and learning as leaders.

She has lead programs throughout Canada, the United States, South America, Australia and Europe, and across a broad variety of industries (both public and government sectors) including banking, insurance, aerospace, service and manufacturing industries.

Prior to starting her own company, Jane held senior marketing positions in national and international media organizations in England and Australia.
