Jack Lerner, MA

Jack Lerner is a results-oriented learning and development professional. He designs and delivers programs and performance improvement solutions in the areas of leadership, talent and team development, performance management, one-on-one coaching, 360˚ leadership feedback and classroom learning. He is acknowledged for his ability to quickly establish credibility with individuals and groups and to truly partner with his clients. Jack’s entire career has been devoted to enhancing the application of teaching and adult learning towards improving individual or group performance.

Working across sectors, Jack’s corporate experience includes the roles of classroom instructor, coach, senior level learning and development consultant, program manager, and head of Organization Development and Learning for a 7,500 person financial services firm. His clients include Sanofi-Aventis, Novartis, Credit-Suisse, Master Card Worldwide, Bain Capital, Spencer Stuart, Acceleration Marketing, INROADS, and the Council of Supervisors & Administrators in NYC. Jack began his career as a New York City high school teacher working with students at risk of dropping out of school. He continues to volunteer with nonprofit organizations in the areas of tolerance education, individual and team effectiveness.

Jack holds an MA in Education from the City University of New York. He is a national member of ASTD, the Corporate Leadership Council and the Learning & Development Roundtable. He has presented his work experiences and observations at ASTD national conferences. Jack lives in Westfield, New Jersey with his wife Pamela.
