Gloria G. Harris, MSW, LISW

Gloria “Glo” Harris brings to Mobius over thirty years experience working with individuals and groups helping to increase synergy and develop leadership. She is a senior leadership coach and consultant focused on organizational development initiatives and team effectiveness as well as specializing in partner enrichment, crisis intervention, and diversity/gender awareness counseling. Glo makes impact within global management firms and international companies such as eBay, providing in-depth coaching to consultants and executives. She also works with teams leading five to 10 day Interpersonal Skills and Problem Solving Leadership workshops. Other clients include Cisco, FaceBook, Yahoo!, Corbis, Genentech, Sandoz, Johnson and Johnson, NCR, IBM, Seimens, Bank of New York Mellon, Unilever, and Pepsico.

Glo is a radio and television personality, hosting a twice monthly radio show called, “Ask the Counselor,” on WOSU-AM, Columbus, OH, a National Public Radio affiliate. She is interviewed frequently on network and cable television on personal and professional development and mental health issues. Gloria had a private psychotherapy practice for 24 years, working with individuals, couples, families and group therapy for adults and adolescents.

Glo earned her masters in social work from Washington University and a BA in history and literature summa cum laude from Webster College. She has done graduate training at Cleveland’s Gestalt Institute in organization and systems development and attended the Transactional Analysis Training Program. Glo is certified in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
