Gina P. LaRoche, MBA

Gina LaRoche is a consultant at Mobius Executive Leadership, a professional services firm specializing in organization change management. She is also Managing Director of INSPIRITAS Corporation, a consulting and training firm that advances the practice of leadership through executive programs that challenge leaders and teams to accelerate results. In short, Gina helps people and organizations articulate and achieve their unique and respective purposes and passions. Her clients represent a broad range of industries and include Credit Suisse, EMC, Miller Brewing, Harvard University, the American Student Assistance and Stamford Hospital.

Gina is a visiting faculty member at the Simmons School of Management and their executive education programs. She has consulted on the design and implementation of corporate leadership academies, coached senior leadership teams to align strategy and accelerate implementation of major change initiatives, facilitated senior leadership and board retreats, implemented corporate mentoring programs and written on issues facing women and minorities in business. One of Gina's areas of interest is awareness of diversity issues and enabling organizations to value and appreciate diverse contributions.

Gina brings to Mobius fifteen years of experience in sales, marketing and training at high-tech and emerging growth companies. She received her BSBA from Georgetown University and her Master's in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
