Floris Rommerts

Floris became a Senior Consultant and Executive Coach with Mobius Executive Leadership in the Winter of 2007. Floris has been a business trainer, facilitator, and consultant/coach since 1990. Floris has been a member of the Dialogos community of practitioners since 2002. Alongside consulting and coaching for Dialogos clients, he conducts his own open trainings on Structural Interview and Vision Forming alongside individual and team sessions on these themes.

Floris has worked intensively with Polish Airlines, Philips Electronics International, Nerefco (a Dutch joint venture between BP-Texaco-Amoco), BP International, and a variety of Dutch companies. His work has taken him around the world, from Shanghai and the Phillippines to Georgia and Azerbaidjan. In these diverse contexts, he has supported managers’ ability to lead change, innovation, and organizational learning.

In the 1980’s, Mr. Rommerts worked as a manager within the Dutch broadcast system, during the shift from a state-guided organization toward a commercial company.

To his work in the business world, Floris brings a unique background as a professional classical concert singer, musician and teacher. He has taken journeys of study and personal exploration around the world and has lived in Scotland as the head of a department of Dance, Drama and Music. His artistic background gives him singular insight into the creative process, and helps him brings tremendous life and energy to his work in supporting people’s growth.
