Don works with clients from around the world and his area of expertise includes coaching executives who seek to take their leadership to the next level, particularly in times of significant transition. Through his extensive background, Don’s focus has been to produce performance breakthroughs with individuals and teams in organizations. Don has coached executives in healthcare, information technology, financial services, higher education, manufacturing, energy, retail and professional services as well as numerous start up firms. Prior to his coaching work, Don co-founded and was co-CEO of NetAge, a start up company with web-based products and services to support the work of virtual teams and other forms of cross-boundary collaboration. Don’s background includes over twenty years as a management consultant in which he coached Fortune 500 executives, business owners and entrepreneurs on effectively implementing major transitions and transformation in their businesses and careers.

Don has coached executives from such firms as Wells Fargo, Wachovia Bank, Storability, Partners HealthCare, Lenox, EMC, and the Conservation Law Foundation.

Don has undergraduate and graduate degrees in Psychology and Education from Michigan State University.
