Devra Fradin, MA
Devra Fradin has twenty years of experience—in the U.S. and abroad—in executive coaching and organizational development in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, consumer products, professional services, and not-for-profits.
Devra’s areas of focus include:

As the head of Leadership Development at the global pharmaceutical, Sanofi-Synthelabo (now sanofi-aventis),
Devra worked with leaders on issues related to team development, strategic communications, integration,
and change management. Previously, as a consultant in Linkage, Inc.’s Leadership and Coaching practice, she designed organization-wide coaching initiatives and facilitated coach training programs for managers and leaders in not-for-profits and Fortune 500 companies
Devra’s clients have included Schering-Plough, Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Genzyme, The Gap, Inc., Kraft Foods, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Capital One, Harvard University Business School, the Ford Foundation, the National Education Association, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD), and the University of Virginia.
Devra has a Master’s in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s in English from Brown University. She completed her coach training at the ICF-accredited International Coaching Program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Organization and Systems Development. Devra is also certified in a variety of assessment tools including the Bar-On EQ-i, an emotional intelligence inventory; the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI); and Benchmarks™, the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360° instrument.
