David Peter Stroh, MA
David Peter Stroh is a pioneer and recognized expert in organization development and learning. He is a founding partner of Bridgeway Partners, and was a co-founder of Innovation Associates, an organizational learning consulting firm. He is also co-director of www.appliedsystemsthinking.com and principal developer of programs in leading systemic change and managing time as a leader. His expertise lies in visionary planning, leadership development, systems thinking, organization design, and change management. He focuses on helping diverse stakeholders align around a common purpose and integrate their thinking to improve individual and collective performance.
Committed to bringing business disciplines to social change and social consciousness to business, David is responsible for improving the bottom line performance in both the private and public sector. Clients acknowledge him for his ability to integrate diverse thinking, people and organizations; rekindle motivation; and establish strong relationships with both individuals and organizations based on his caring, knowledge and professional approach.

David is on the board of GAN-Net (www.gan-net.net), an association that supports the development of global action networks. He is well known throughout the organization development profession as an author and speaker. His articles have appeared in Reflections: The Society for Organizational Learning Journal, Organization Dynamics, Training and Development, The Systems Thinker, and the books Transforming Work and Organizational Learning for All Seasons. He is a charter member of the Society for Organizational Learning and a frequent speaker for the Systems Thinking in Action Conference.
David was a National Science Foundation Fellow at MIT, where he earned an MA in City Planning. He graduated Summa cum Laude with degrees in Civil Engineering and Urban Studies from the University of Michigan. David speaks Spanish and German and has traveled extensively around the world. He is married with one son.
