Claudia A. Byram, PhD

Claudia Byram was first introduced to SAVI® in 1975 while working at an educational research laboratory in Philadelphia, and she participated in developing early SAVI® training programs and materials. Over the past thirty years, she has introduced the SAVI® model into corporate, governmental, educational, and organizational contexts. She is a certified SAVI® trainer.

In addition to her work with Mobius Executive Leadership, Dr. Byram teaches SAVI® regularly at professional conferences for the American Group Psychotherapy Association and the Systems-Centered Training and Research Institutes, as well as to teachers in various school settings. She uses SAVI® as a tool in her clinical psychotherapy practice, which includes short- and long-term group and individual psychotherapy for adults, psychotherapy and family consultation for children, and case consultation and supervision.

Dr. Byram holds a Ph.D. in Child Development and Child Psychopathology from Bryn Mawr College, an MA in Early Childhood Education from Bank Street College of Education, and an A.B. in Social Relations from Radcliffe College.
