Chuck Wisner
Chuck Wisner has spent the last decade as a consultant and advisor to leaders at all levels of business. As a senior mediator affiliated with the Harvard Law School Mediation Program, a specialist in organizational learning, conflict management and communication associated with MIT’s Center for Organizational Learning, and through his studies in the philosophy of language, Chuck brings a unique blend of skills to his work. He is also an architect, a musician and teacher.
His multi-faceted experience and his inside perspective on business has helped him develop an understanding of critical interpersonal relationships. As a partner in the Cambridge based architectural firm HKT, Chuck orchestrated complex communications between multiple, diverse parties, developing his interest in conflict management and organizational culture. His experience as an architect, a musician, a leadership advisor and his studies in Integral Theory provide the foundation for his transformational work with individuals and teams.
