Corporate and Management Experience
Christa is one of the leading authorities on coaching in Germany. As the founder and CEO of International Coaching, a global Coaching
company that serves multinational clients around the world she has worked with hundreds of international Executives from over 20 different
cultures. Her focus is one-to-one coaching for top executives (C-Level, EVP, VP and MD Level), coaching senior management teams as well
as running international leadership programs. As a member of the Board of the International Coach Federation in Germany she is actively
promoting the highest quality and ethical standards of her profession. She is one of the five Master Certified Coaches in Germany, the highest
international recognized certification level for Coaching. Continuous coaching training is key for an excellent coach. Christa has been trained
at the leading Coaching Schools in Germany, UK and the US. As a Mentor Coach of the international Coaching Programs of the Newfield
Network she coaches other professional coaches in training as well as assessing for accreditation according to the certification standards of
the International Coach Federation.
Christa has a wealth of international experience gained over 13 years, whilst living and working in Europe and the United States of America. In
her last position as Managing Director at Metzler Asset Management she was one of the few women in Germany that have a license from the
German supervisory authorities to run a bank. Her responsibility included International Strategy, Business Development, Client Relationship, and
Market Research. Christa has worked for State Street Bank in the U.S. and in Germany as a Vice President and headed up Continental Europe
Marketing, Germany Business Operation, Global Key Account Management, Sales, and Product Development. By building up the German market
she did some significant pioneering work. While at State Street, Christa was named “Most Successful European Sales Professional” in 1997 and,
during 1996 and 1997, she was nominated for the Chairman’s Winners Circle Award. Still earlier, as a senior consultant with Mummert + Partner
she was Head of Consulting for Financial Institutions.
Christa understands the executive and the pressures, concerns and challenges that come with the role, having successfully faced these same
challenges in her own career. She is driven by her values trust and integrity and her passion for coaching.

Recent Coaching Projects
- As part of a global coaching and leadership project, Christa has been coaching a member of the board of an international bank for 9 months on Leadership, communication, conflict management and coaching skills.
- Christa has been coaching both a managing director of a U.S. subsidiary and his team. The focus for the Team coaching was on increasing performance, conflict solving, and team alignment. The individual Coaching concentrated on leadership, communication and
transformational change.
- Christa has been coaching the European head of HR of a multinational company. The Executive was faced with a major new management
role. The focus for the Coaching was on transition, leadership, Coaching Across Cultures and change management.
