Carol Faull

Carol Faull comes to Mobius Executive Leadership as an international entrepreneur, facilitator, mentor, speaker and coach with expertise in business development and operations.  She is co-founder and partner of Fusion Strategic Inc, a Canadian-based, globally oriented management consulting firm working with a wide range of private, public and not-for-profit clients.  Carol has significant and accomplished international start-up experience, especially within the telecommunications sector. With humor, empathy and expertise, she skillfully leads and engages diverse groups to assist individuals and teams develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

At Fusion, Carol designs and delivers customized workshops to enable corporate cultural transformation, assisting clients in articulating and animating corporate values in business and operating practices.  Prior to Fusion, Carol was CEO of the Centre for Ethical Orientation (Canada), a for-profit consultancy, working with a wide range of multi-sector clients.  In this post, she was active internationally in setting terms for ethical excellence in governance, executive leadership, management and communications. She co-authored – with the Centre – a seven-month national study on the state and relevance of trust relating to culture, values and stakeholder relationships. She co-developed frameworks and workshops for restoring credibility of public institutions, corporations, not-for-profit organizations and leaders, by applying an Appreciative Inquiry methodology.

Carol spent six years as an expatriate with Montreal-based Telesystem where she launched and/or managed successful mobile telecommunication start-ups in India, Romania, Brazil and the United Kingdom.  While her postings were dominated by senior management positions in operations, Carol had the opportunity to lead the strategic planning function for Telesystems’ four Brazilian companies utilizing The Corporate Strategy Board in D.C. and Columbia’s Executive Strategic Planning Program in New York.  Prior to joining Telesystem, Carol held a variety of senior management positions with Bell Mobility over an eleven year period including stints as Head of Innovation, Director of National Accounts, Director of Customer Care and Vice President of Operations for Ontario. She also worked at Bell Mobility (Toronto) for eleven years, holding several management positions.
