Camille Preston, PhD, PCC

Dr. Preston brings over fifteen years experience in leadership development, delivering experiential trainings, conducting assessments, designing and implementing change initiatives, and coaching executives. In addition to consulting for Mobius, Camille is the founder of AIM Leadership, a boutique training and coaching firm that delivers innovative services. Clients have included organizations ranging from MARS and MGM Mirage to the US Army to The Asia Foundation.

Prior to launching Mobius and AIM, Dr. Preston served as a Senior Research Associate at the Police Executive Research Forum; held a public policy fellowship at the American Psychological Association; mediated numerous familial, marital and court disputes; and most fondly, adventure travelled the globe (working on 5 continents and traveling to 35+ countries). A graduate of Williams College, Camille has her masters and doctorate in psychology from the University of Virginia, an Executive Coaching Certification from Georgetown University, and advanced training from the Center for Creative Leadership. She is passionate about her book and inspiring others virtually through her social media blogs, newsletters, and ebooks.
