Barbara Dash, of Catalyst Consultants, has been a professional counselor, trainer, and lecturer, for over twenty-five years. As one of the initiators of a non-profit organization, she created and facilitated a plethora of dynamic seminar programs that reached thousands of individuals in the Middle East, Europe, Canada and the United States. These courses covered topics that ranged from communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, leadership, diversity, team building, wellness, relationship and couples work.

Certified in several modalities of trauma therapy, Barbara’s expert training has led her to new and leading-edge insights. No mere theoretician, she strives to exemplify the values she espouses, professionally reflected in the successful psychotherapy practice she maintained for over seventeen years. She is dedicated to delivering practical and personally proven skills to help motivate others, applying her extensive background in counseling as well as her work in the analysis of human dynamics for organizations and corporations.
