Angelique Skoulas, DDS, MA

Angelique Skoulas is a coach, consultant, and facilitator with Mobius specializing in the areas of negotiation, conflict management and leadership. Her corporate experience spans the financial services, banking, insurance and pharmaceutical industries and her government clients include the Department of Treasury, the Department of Defense and the National Institutes of Health.

Angelique is affiliated with the Harvard Mediation Program at Harvard Law School where she teaches mediation; and is an adjunct faculty member at Harvard School of Dental Medicine where she lectures on leadership and effective communication. Along with her diverse professional background, Angelique’s practice is informed by theories in interest-based negotiation developed by the Harvard Negotiation Project and by her work with Professor Ronald Heifetz, known for his seminal adaptive leadership model and author of Leadership Without Easy Answers.

Angelique began her career as a dentist, managing her dental practice in Santa Clara, California while also serving on the faculty of the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry. Seeking to make a broader impact, she was selected from a nationwide pool of candidates and awarded a Congressional Fellowship through the American Association for the Advancement of Science. She spent her year as a Fellow working for a leading Member of Congress and was hired as his senior health care staffer following her fellowship. During her four years on Capitol Hill, Angelique developed expertise in several important issue areas including health information privacy and senior health; she successfully developed and implemented political strategies; and she negotiated the rights of consumers and patients in legislative language that ultimately became federal law. 

Angelique holds a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco, and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. She is a certified coach through the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University.
